Legal advice

If you have a problem that requires legal knowledge and want to know where you stand, what your options are, what is needed to take specific steps, how much it may cost you to take action, legal advice is an effective and inexpensive way to get answers to these questions. A lawyer will listen to your problem, look at the necessary documents, ask you for additional information, and then explain your situation to you in detail.

Price of Legal Advice

An hour of work of a lawyer in a law firm costs PLN 300 gross (i.e. with all taxes). Legal advice is priced in 2 ways:

Depending on the duration of the legal advice

You only pay as much as it takes to analyze your problem, but you don't know the final price before deciding on the service. It is best to choose this form when you do not have many documents, and the matter itself seems not very complicated. Standard legal advice takes 30 to 120 minutes.

Predetermined amount

The lawyer, after receiving a set of information and documents, evaluates the cost of the service, and you decide whether you order the case. This is a good method when you have a lot of documents or the case is very complicated.
