Why use my services as a legal advisor?
Individual approach to the customer
Together we will agree on the terms of cooperation, the way of informing about progress, the elements of the case that you care about.
Qualifications confirmed by the title of Legal Advisor
To obtain the title of legal advisor, it is not enough to finish law studies. It is still necessary to undergo specialized training organized by the self-government of legal advisers, and after obtaining the title, continuous improvement of their skills through regular training.
Modern solutions
In my work I use modern technological facilities. Both in contact with the Client (e.g. videoconferences, data exchange via cloud resources) and the rest of the work (online hearings, electronic digital signature, online mediation). This way you will save time and money.
Clear rules of cooperation
Always before deciding to commission a service, you will know all the information you need to make a decision. You will always know how much and for what you pay. No * or small print.
Risk assessment
I always explain to my clients the risk of steps we want to take together. I explain what and why it may not work. There is no risk avoidable in life, but it is important to know what can happen.
Team play
No one is able to be the best in everything, so in the case of matters requiring knowledge beyond my specializations, I always offer cooperation with appropriate specialists. After all, it's about doing something right, not just doing.
How do customers rate me
Remuneration, price setting
Often, at the first contact, customers ask how much a given case will cost. The answer to this question is most often impossible without getting acquainted with the details of the case. It's like asking how much it would cost to build a house — without explaining whether it's a small house or a skyscraper.
Remuneration for a specific service depends on the characteristics of a particular case, how much evidence there is, how many pages of documents you need to read to get acquainted with it, how long it will take to write the necessary letters, etc.
That is why I usually offer my clients legal advice first. If the case is extensive, we determine in advance the transfer of the necessary documents and the price for the advice itself. At the advice, I explain to the client the strengths and weaknesses of the case, possible options for solving the problem, costs associated with these options and, of course, proposals for remuneration for conducting the case.
The types of remuneration he uses in my solicitor's office.
Lump sum
A predetermined amount for the entire service. You do not worry about the price when unforeseen complications arise.
Hourly
We set a rate per hour of my work. You only pay for as much as it takes to settle your case.
Mixed model
Most often used when conducting court cases. We set the minimum wage and the rules when and how much it can increase. You know the price for the whole thing and you know when it may increase.
