Paweł Kowalski Attorney-at-law
Legal Advisor since 2014, in professional practice focusing on such areas as legal services for entrepreneurs, contracts, civil law, property law, inheritance law, copyright, industrial property law.
For 10 years I have been operating in the structures of the Municipal Family Assistance Center in Szczecin, dealing primarily with providing advice to people seeking help, including the crisis intervention department and the Consultation Point for The Polish Academy of Sciences. Addiction and Domestic Violence. Until recently, also the Foster Care Department, where I dealt with such areas as family law, alimony cases, matters in the field of parental responsibility and other related matters.

In my practice, I encourage clients to specify in detail the goal to which we should strive. Thanks to this, I am able to indicate the way, and sometimes more ways in which we can achieve such a goal and together with the client we choose the most appropriate and plan individual activities.
I tell you how it is
I always discuss each planned action, listing the risks of failure, risks and possible consequences. This allows customers to make an informed decision and prepare for both success and possible failure. Only by knowing the risks well can you plan a plan B.
Openness to new technologies
It uses new technologies in everyday work. Their knowledge allows for flexibility in the form of contact with the customer. It also enables efficient, quick exchange of information, documents and work on given issues.
Passions outside of work – wind, forest, mountains
In your free time:
I practice hiking and mountain tourism,
I relax in the bosom of nature, including camping in the forest in the spirit of bushcraft,
and when the wind blows, you can usually meet me by the water practicing kitesurfing.
